About

Based on my own journey and experiences I am passionate about supporting people grow and develop through establishing deep connections. This is what led me to be an Executive Coach and, more recently, a Coaching Supervisor. I have a deep interest in self-awareness and how it helps us develop and progress, by enabling, firstly, self-connection and then connection with others. My PhD research into Self-Awareness underpins this approach.

I have worked with a diverse range of senior leaders, middle-managers, and future leaders in both the Public and Private Sectors, including women leaders navigating the unique challenges of senior roles in male-dominated industries such as automotive, defence, and engineering. My core values of competence, authenticity and choice underpin my work

My coaching approach is developmental in nature as I work with the whole person, whilst holding an awareness of the systems they are working and living within.

Alongside my coaching and supervision practice, I am a visiting tutor at Henley Business School, teaching on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, MSc in Executive Coaching and Behavioural Change and head up the Professional Certificate in Coaching Supervision.

My own development journey is ongoing, and I am passionate about my own CPD, so I invest in regular coaching supervision (both individual and group) and keep up to date with a range of webinars. I believe continual work on self keeps me at my best for my work. In my spare time, I value spending time with my family, and supporting my son in is burgeoning eventing career.
